Important information for all presenters at the 2024 Dorset COP

Thank you for offering to help with one or more sessions at this year's event. 

As well as the important details on this page please ensure you are familiar with the general joining instructions for all attendees (link below).

Please remember you must bring a laptop if you wish to make any presentations. There is an HDMI connection at every podium, these are used daily by students and staff on a simple 'plug and play' basis so are relatively straightforward for anyone used to giving presentations. A YouTube video below provides a helpful introduction to getting connected, together with two downloadable user guides.

We suggest your laptop is fully charged but please bring a charging cable and extension lead if you have concerns about battery life.

No other materials (e.g. flip chart stands) will be available unless pre-booked.

Slide presentations will not be required for the closing session.
